About This Book

The California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) is one of the principal regulations that governs the employment relationship between California employers and their employees. The FEHA protects the right to seek, obtain, and maintain employment free from discrimination and harassment.

Because of the complexity of the FEHA, it is often the subject of litigation between employers and employees.

This book is a beacon of knowledge, written to empower California employers with a comprehensive understanding of their obligations to their employees under the FEHA. It also provides employers with practical measures to ensure consistent compliance with the FEHA to help mitigate the risk of lawsuits and liabilities under the FEHA.
